Shipping

Shipping within Canada and U.S. is complimentary for all orders with registered ground shipping.

International shipping is subject to $40.00 flat rate via registered air mail. Please note that a signature upon delivery may be required. There will be no deliveries to PO boxes at this time. International shipments outside of Canada are subject to local import duties and taxes responsible for the receiver.

All orders are shipped out approximately 2-3 weeks after order is placed and payment is processed.

An e-mail will be sent to you once the parcel is processed for shipping for your online tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

Please notify us at contact@ateliervolpe.com within the first 10 days of receiving your order to return your purchase.

Any unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags and packaging, along with the original receipt will be honored for full refunds and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. This does not apply for bespoke or final sale items. All custom and bespoke purchases are final sale and will not be returned nor exchanged. All sale items are final sale.

Once approved, you must return the product to us within 14 days via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS or Canada Post.

Atelier Volpe is not responsible for any shipping costs or duty reimbursements and will be the responsibility of the customer to return the package in its original packaging.

In the event that the merchandise being returned/exchanged does not meet our return policy requirements, Atelier Volpe holds the right to deny credits, exchanges and/or refunds.

At Atelier Volpe, we are strongly committed to ensuring the protection and privacy of our customer's information. This intention is outlined in compliance with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and the National Standard of Canada model code in terms of use with customer's personal information along with the terms in how we utilize the information.

Information obtained by Atelier Volpe will solely be the information that is willingly provided to us. The following information such as your name, phone number, address, postal code, measurements pertaining to sizing of garments and email address will typically be provided at the time of purchase. Additional information in the history of our database will be reviewed only by members of our staff and will not be used under any circumstances with anyone outside of Atelier Volpe except as required by law. Information that would be stored with Atelier Volpe will be records of sales, contact information and any subscriptions willingly given through customer's authority. The use of such information is so that Atelier Volpe can update our customers with up and coming event dates and promotions so that our clientele are exclusively the first to know.

To with-draw and remove your consent from subscribing to our mailing list or storing information, please feel free to send an email to contact@ateliervolpe.com or click unsubscribe on our newsletter at any time for us to do so.

Currency

All orders will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and will appear as Atelier Volpe on your credit card statement. Please note that your issuing bank may charged a small surcharge to convert currency if you are not a resident of Canada. By shopping at Atelier Volpe you accept any additional charges incurred by currency conversion and your bank/credit card.
